This role involves ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable Salesforce data to support sales and operations teams. Key responsibilities include preparing and executing data transfers, cleaning and enriching records, and maintaining Salesforce as a trusted source of truth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Export, clean and standardize large datasets for import
  • Duplicate record identification and merging while preserving key information
  • Enrich account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data
  • Maintain ongoing Salesforce data hygiene for accuracy and reliability
Requirements
  • Salesforce expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, objects and relationships (Admin certification preferred)
  • Data manipulation skills: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Matching, deduplication, filtering, sorting)
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL and SOQL queries
