Reporting Analytics Specialist
The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with expertise in reporting analytics and technical proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
- Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business.
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
- Develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce.
- Oversee and optimize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting systems, including the potential use of Tableau or other BI platforms.

- Salesforce reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and used consistently by leadership for decision-making.
- Data-driven recommendations influence sales strategies and performance improvements.
- Stakeholders see you as both a technical expert and a strategic business partner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a proven ability to build and optimize sales dashboards.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and a strong focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.

This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis after successful completion of training. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:- High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload.
