We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our livestream operations.

Job Description

The Livestream Management role is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with top KOL livestreamers. This includes directly coordinating with influencers and acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs, cascading relevant information, updates, and best practices to influencers through regular communication, resolving any issues and problems faced by top influencer streamers, and dealing with clarifications or complaints. Additionally, this role requires responding to general queries from assigned livestreamers in a timely manner, actively proposing recommendations to improve processes for influencer communication, and suggesting innovative growth solutions to enhance influencers' active participation in the program. The ideal candidate will stay on top of industry trends, latest livestream influencer, affiliate, and social media advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or any business-related course
  • Strong communications skills
  • Able to analyze and comprehend data
  • Self-starter and a team-player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
