DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping us expand our growing team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Our platform enables companies to create, collaborate, and learn to deliver exceptional brand experiences at scale. It allows them to manage content planning, creation, and distribution, store content and media in a shared repository, and receive insights into how content performs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to alerts, investigating issues, and identifying root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of our environment.
  • Developing and managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Utilizing Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Managing cloud resources on the Azure platform to optimize cost, security, and performance.
  • Setting up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
  • Collaborating with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Writing scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with development teams to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.

Key skills include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigations.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts).
  • Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
  • Ability to work rotational weekend shifts.
