Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up parameters for test equipment.
  • Resolve problems and perform maintenance on test equipment and test fixtures as scheduled.
  • Support and resolve technical issues related to the production process.
  • Follow up with improvement projects assigned by Engineers.
  • Create eMOI for new products.
  • Train Operators.
  • The PCB Process Technician supports daily operations.
  • Operate and monitor equipment such as SMT pick-and-place, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, and selective soldering systems.
  • Perform solder paste inspection, stencil cleaning, and machine setup/changeover.
  • Assist with line troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve yields.
  • Support first article builds and process validation for new products.
  • Collect data on process performance and assist engineers with yield and defect analysis.
  • Follow IPC-A-610 standards for visual inspection and quality control.
  • Maintain ESD-safe working conditions and handle components appropriately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Support various equipment and production line issues.
  • Initiate and handle engineering-related issues.
  • Address technical problems effectively.
  • Hold a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, or a related field.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Process Technician in a power supply factory.
