Job Details

This role involves providing data support for our logistics operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing logistics-related data within our systems.


Responsibilities
  • Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the database with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment
  • Prepare reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Assist with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in data entry or logistics support. Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems is also essential. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, are required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are also necessary.


Benefits

This position offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement with regular pay. The night shift operates from 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
