Job Overview

The role of an instructional designer for eLearning involves managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. This includes analyzing client problems, identifying resource limitations, and determining target learner profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis: Identify client needs, gather information, and analyze content to determine primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Design: Create educational templates, brainstorm design elements, generate ideas for activities, gamification, storytelling, and assessment.
  • Development: Develop content according to agreed-upon development processes (ADDIE, SAM). Use software like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to create e-Learning content and apply gamification and scenario-based learning.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, create project documentation, ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables, and report on material utilization within project timelines.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support internal business processes, including innovation, learning, and internal processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with various software application programs, including MS Office.
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience.
