Job Description

The Process Technician plays a pivotal role in sustaining engineering activities that execute and maintain process line operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to and investigate process issues in real-time, escalating them to engineers if necessary for prompt resolution.
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge.
  • Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment with proven track records of task execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PPTX, Excel, Word, Visio, and VBs.
  • Understanding of assembly, packing, soldering, fiber optic, fiber alignment, burn-in, and testing processes.
  • Core Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving techniques, DOE methodologies, and 7 QC Tools understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of report generation, data gathering, and data analysis and interpretation.
