Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.

This position will involve providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide step-by-step solutions to customers and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Previous call center experience and work-from-home background desirable
  • Strong command of English language and typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

This role operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset.
