We are seeking an experienced HR recruiter to support our hiring needs on a part-time freelance basis.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring open roles are filled quickly with high-quality talent while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including job posting and sourcing, candidate screening, phone interviews, and record keeping.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and provide them with regular updates on the status of their applications.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Metric Analysis: Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering fields.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with any applicant tracking system (ATS), with prior use of Odoo Recruitment being an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written English and a pleasant, confident phone voice.
  • Tools: Reliable mobile phone with strong signal and a stable internet connection.
  • Availability: Able to conduct phone interviews within standard business hours.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of meeting deadlines without close supervision.
