We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Implementation Officer to join our team at Rayomar Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all technology infrastructure is properly cascaded and implemented by all parties.
  • Act as the main liaison and coordinating party between operational users, the IT department, and any other providers (internal or external) and/or suppliers.
  • Ensure that the identified operational user is provided with the right type of workstation, connectivity, and/or any accompanying devices to properly do their assigned tasks.
  • Ensure that the software or application is installed properly in the workstations of the identified users.
  • Ensure that the workstation has access to the internet and/or other devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure operational users receive proper training to accomplish their assigned tasks.
  • Analyze concerns and issues from operational users and coordinate with other parties to provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong influence and positive character to effect positive change within the organization.
  • Develop and coordinate monitoring systems to improve the efficiency of the company and its customers.

About You:

  • Graduate of Industrial Management Engineering, Software, or Information Systems Technology from a reputable university.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 certifications and concepts.
  • Familiarity with networking connectivity and basic workstation troubleshooting.
  • Possess an inquisitive and investigative skill set aimed at finding and solving problems.
  • Be a self-starter and require minimal supervision.
