Administrative Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin/HR professional to join our team as a Project Admin Staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the Admin/HR field, with expertise in visa processing, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project administration, including coordination of travel arrangements, visa applications, and resident permits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in the Admin/HR field, with a focus on project administration.
- Expertise in visa processing, travel arrangements, and resident permits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
- PCAB experience is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday (on-site).
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
