About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin/HR professional to join our team as a Project Admin Staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the Admin/HR field, with expertise in visa processing, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project administration, including coordination of travel arrangements, visa applications, and resident permits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the Admin/HR field, with a focus on project administration.
  • Expertise in visa processing, travel arrangements, and resident permits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
  • PCAB experience is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday (on-site).
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
