Automation Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to drive our automation efforts forward.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Design and build automated workflows using n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including schemas, formulas, automations, and API integration.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
Professional Background:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.

Requirements also include being a systems thinker, passionate about automation, resourceful, and collaborative yet independent.
