About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Officer II to join our team at the Technological University of the Philippines. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the university's mission by ensuring the efficient and effective management of procurement and supply chain processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of business principles and practices.


Key Responsibilities:

The Supply Officer II will be responsible for managing the following:

  • Procurement and contracting: Developing specifications, soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts;
  • Supply chain management: Coordinating logistics, inventory management, and distribution of goods and services;
  • Financial management: Maintaining accurate records of procurements, contracts, and expenditures;

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
