Job Title: Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor

About the role:

  • This is a supervisory position responsible for the overall operation and success of our store.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales achievement and growth.
  • Lead in setting up gondolas and merchandise display.
  • Oversee daily store operations.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain a stable and reputable store environment.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance to team members on effective operations.
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Complete daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stock and order own use items and small notes as needed.
  • Update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to headquarters and superiors.
  • Prepare and send documents related to headquarters and superiors.
  • Work within established guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform any other assigned duties by the assistant branch manager or branch manager.
