About the Role

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to healthcare providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes. Our goal is to empower providers by simplifying their experience with our insurance network, EHR software, HR solutions, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the credentialing process, including application management, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
  • Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.

  • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
