Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling credentialing needs for healthcare providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform credentialing work, including collecting required documentation, assisting with payer forms, and responding to provider inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client information using an online database.
- Drive the implementation of automated credentialing workflow management systems.
- At least 2 years experience in US-based credentialing process.
- Familiarity with US medical insurance industry.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Credentialing certification is required.
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
- Good internet access at home.
- Mobile Hotspot.
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB.
