About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment Specialist to oversee human resources duties, office procedures, and facilitate recruitment. Your role will ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and full-cycle recruiting.
The ideal candidate will display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll administration. They should be conceptual thinkers with superb organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source talented candidates on niche platforms.
- Craft personalized recruiting emails with current job openings.
- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews using various methods.
- Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
- Serve as a point person for employee questions and needs.
- Complete joining, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and governmental relations.
- Participate in planning employee engagements.
- Update and maintain employee benefits and records.
- Maintain records related to grievances and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in human resources and administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
