Key Insights Analyst

The purpose of this role is to enhance the organisation's data capabilities through the design, deployment and improvement of data analytics tools.

Supporting product teams with insights gained from analysing company data is crucial. The ideal candidate will be adept at using large data sets to identify opportunities for process optimisation and to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support decision making processes with data-driven insights.
  • Gather requirements and determine the best approach for analysis.
  • Define robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes.
  • Use data to uncover valuable insights that inform hypotheses and test ideas.
  • Plan and prioritise insights that drive organisational targets.
  • Analyse and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps.
  • Develop and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training to colleagues with dashboards/self-serve analytics when required.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets.
  • Experience in data analysis, cleaning or visualisation.
  • Experience with Enterprise Digital Analytics and modern data warehousing solutions.
  • Team player qualities including being collaborative, respectful, and service focused.
  • A willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and expertise.
