Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, adhere to budget guidelines, and prioritize safety across all project phases.
  • Identify and address maintenance needs through regular site assessments, ensuring optimal building performance.
  • Prepare detailed design shop drawings to facilitate project planning and execution.
  • Oversee site housekeeping, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with the head office regarding any challenges or solutions.
  • Foster collaboration among teams to resolve project-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Spearhead the performance evaluation and monitoring of subcontractors and administrative staff.
  • Ensure adherence to technical and safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project operating plans, guiding project closure and turnover activities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to guarantee project success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in construction project management.
  • Proven expertise in structural works and land development.
  • Strong track record in managing fit-out projects.
  • Possession of relevant licensure is an asset but not essential.

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive remuneration package.
  • A standard Monday-to-Saturday work schedule, starting at 8am and concluding at 5pm.
