Full Stack Developer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to join our team as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and scale high-quality tech products using AI-assisted development.

This position involves working across backend and frontend systems, taking on tickets from smaller features and bug fixes to larger, complex builds.

You will work in dynamic environments, take ownership of tickets, and use AI tools to deliver production-ready work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement features and fixes across modern technologies: TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
  • Maintain autonomy in implementation with clear ticket context, plus collaborative support when needed.
  • Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine requirements and deliver quickly.
  • Balance speed with reliability in production deployments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, plus comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
  • Proficient in AI-assisted coding and familiar with tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Able to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
