As a People Coordinator, you will join our Global People Team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of effective and timely people administration. Your responsibilities will include responding to general employee and manager queries, managing the central People Services inbox, and conducting administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees, preparing audit reports for benefit reviews, and maintaining electronic employee files via PeopleDoc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the central People Services inbox and responding to general employee and manager queries.
  • Onboarding all new employees in the UK and EMEA and delivering in line with the Global Onboarding Programme.
  • Preparation of audit reports for benefit reviews and maintenance of electronic employee files via PeopleDoc.
  • Monthly payroll processing for the UK completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with benefit providers to advise on and coordinate our benefits provisions.
