Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our healthcare network. This role is responsible for monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, project management, and team leadership. They must be able to design and execute plans that align with our long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Identify operational issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Oversee post-implementation support for utilization management initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management to define and manage the scope, strategy, and requirements of business initiatives.
- Provide analysis and meaningful information to support decision-making.
- Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Knowledge of Python and/or R programming language is a plus.
- Preferred industry orientation: Research and Data Management, Healthcare, Insurance, FMCG, or any service-oriented industry.
