About the Position

This is a remote position that requires a high level of technical expertise and business acumen.

We are seeking an individual who can grow with our company, engaging with customers through years of industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • GHL Software Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure GHL software to meet business needs; customize settings to align with business processes and goals.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within GHL and implement automated workflows; create and manage automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences.
  • Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in GHL; set up lead follow up pipelines; configure lead scoring and segmentation.
  • CRM Management: Customize and manage the GHL CRM to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using GHL; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in GHL; monitor key metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in using GHL for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
