Video Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality video content that showcases properties in an engaging and cinematic way.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in video editing, with a strong background in creating compelling visual stories. You will be responsible for editing real estate videos using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Editing: Edit real estate video presentations to showcase properties in a visually appealing way.
  • Cohesive Visual Storytelling: Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers.
  • Turnaround & Delivery: Complete one full video within a shift, and deliver a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Footage Management: Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources.
  • Collaborative Revisions: Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Content Optimization: Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram.
Requirements
  • Final Cut Pro Expertise: Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X.
  • Real Estate Industry Experience: Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings.
  • Visual Eye: Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features.
  • Fast & Reliable Workflow: Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual quality.
  • Client-Facing Communication Skills: Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback.
