Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and documents in Spanish for clients
  2. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards
  3. Provide support and guidance to clients on financial and accounting matters, including in Spanish
  4. Assist with the implementation of financial controls and processes
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial issues
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices
  7. Mentor and train more junior members of the accounting team

**Ideal Candidate**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly in both languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
