Bartender Job Description

At Alpha Infinity Holding Corp., we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional experiences for our guests, one drink at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to customer orders and established recipes.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a positive and attentive experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhere to sanitation procedures, and ensure safe alcohol service practices.
  • Manage Inventory: Take inventory of bar supplies, place orders, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, balance cash drawers, and adhere to financial procedures.
  • Promote the Bar's Offerings: Have a thorough knowledge of the bar's menu, drink specials, and events, and effectively promote them to guests.
  • Build Relationships: Interact with regular customers, learn their preferences, and foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting, ideally with experience in preparing and serving cocktails.
  • Knowledge and Skills: A thorough understanding of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment is essential. Knowledge of different types of alcohol, including spirits, wines, and beers, is also valuable.
  • Customer Service: A focus on customer satisfaction and creating a positive experience for guests is paramount.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress effectively, and make quick decisions when necessary is crucial.
