Become a key part of our dynamic hospitality as a Mixologist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an unparalleled guest experience at our vibrant venues in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

Expertly prepare a wide range of classic and bespoke cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients and innovative techniquesStay up-to-date with industry trends and develop new drink recipes to enhance our cocktail menuProvide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and recommending drink pairingsEnsure all bar equipment and work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisationAssist with inventory management and stock ordering as neededSupport the overall operations of the bar and collaborate with the wider hospitality teamWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Mixologist or bartender, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, ingredients and preparation techniquesExcellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable guest experienceKeen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a teamAdaptability and a positive, energetic attitude to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environmentCertification in bartending or mixology is preferredWhat we offerCompetitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive training and development opportunitiesAccess to employee wellness programmes and discountsOpportunities for career advancement within the companyA vibrant, collaborative work culture that celebrates teamwork and innovationAbout us
