We are seeking a highly driven Content Marketing & Copywriting Specialist to join our team and take charge of producing high-impact, conversion-focused content at scale.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing, and is passionate about crafting compelling messages that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and manage high volumes of original marketing content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and landing pages.
  • Create and adapt content to suit platform-specific formats, voice, and audiences.
  • Strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Optimize email campaigns for open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.
  • Leverage hashtag strategies and platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite).
  • Monitor and report on content performance analytics across all channels to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and copywriting.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • A proven track record of writing effective copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content marketing and audience building.
  • A strong grasp of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and best practices for open/click rates.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • A 9-to-5 workday from Monday to Friday EST
