About This Role

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English communication (C1 or native level).
  • Customer support experience in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of web hosting concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, website troubleshooting).
