About the Role

The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating compelling visual content that enhances client engagement across all platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to produce high-quality visual assets that align with client branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Creation & Design: Conceptualize and create original graphic designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Photo Editing & Visual Enhancement: Edit and enhance images to meet project specifications, creative guidelines, and high-quality standards.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support: Collaborate with team members to create engaging graphics for games and live streams across all client pages.
  • Technical Proficiency & Innovation: Utilize AI tools and professional photo editing software to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the team to meet deadlines, ensure consistency across visual materials, and align with content strategy.
  • Quality Control & Brand Governance: Review and refine images to maintain a high standard of visual presentation while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including creating engaging graphics, editing photos, supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistency and quality.

Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with Marketing Agency background or with advertising experience/portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
