Job Description

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end QA processes for web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand release scopes and timelines.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans for each release, conducting functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing, validating release candidates, and approving production deployments.

Additionally, you will identify, document, and track bugs using internal tools, build automated test scripts where valuable, and maintain them as systems evolve.

Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects, and be the final gatekeeper of quality before any code reaches our users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps is required.

Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments is necessary.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc. is expected.

Strong English communication skills are essential, as well as proactive documentation habits.

Autonomous, self-directed, and rigorous work ethic is required.
