Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

You will be the point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, and performing general account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of data entry and record-keeping.
  • Account Maintenance: Perform general account maintenance tasks, including updating customer information and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to work at a high level in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and proficiency in CRM applications.
  • Experience: Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
