Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Teleconsult/Counseling Services

  • Provide teleconsult/counseling services to individuals from diverse ethnicities and backgrounds.

2. Promote Mental Health

  • Promote mental health and provide support to members through various means, including calls and referrals.

3. Manage Intake Lines

  • Manage intake lines and handle multiple languages, with a focus on English and Philippine languages.

4. Work with Affiliate Partners

  • Work closely with affiliate partners to facilitate face-to-face consultations and ensure seamless care delivery.

5. Requirements

  • Active PRC license for Psychologist (RPsy) or Guidance Counselor (RGC).
  • Prior experience handling psycho-traumatic cases required.
  • 3 years of solid clinical experience required.
  • Ability to commit to full-time employment and report onsite when necessary.
