Job Overview

As a leader in our organization, this role involves overseeing and guiding a team of virtual assistants to ensure seamless alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Work closely with clients to develop strategies for growing their businesses using our services, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Effectively manage and mitigate client concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is highly desirable.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral), with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and development.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
Additional Requirements
  • Computer: Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5, with a minimum of 8.00 GB RAM and Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura operating system.
  • Headset: A high-quality USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature, ensuring clear and crisp communication.
  • Camera: A reliable camera capable of producing clear and sharp video output, facilitating effective remote working.
