Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth client analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Lead and mentor a team of research analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of total work experience in Market research, data analysis, and managerial experience is required. Proficiency in using data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Excel, SQL) and experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems are highly desirable.
