Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sites in the setup of new vendor employees in Fieldglass.
  • Perform reviews for all offshore staff every 6 months, ensuring compliance accuracy and reviewing entitlements.
  • Maintain the Entitlement document by function, completing CMP and Market Place orders as needed.
  • Remove access for termed employees and approve One Approval requests, verifying requested items for assigned LOBs and entitlements.
  • Manage ERU, Comp O1, Adjustment Tickets, and Key Risk feedback, sending issues to appropriate sites and tracking completion timely.
  • Partner with the C2S team for review and closure of compliance issues.
  • Follow up with each site on completion of Citi required training and pending queue completion.
  • Manage weekly staffing models, send daily complaints capture MIS, and download/distribute monthly site scorecards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in US retail banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tableau, data management, and MIS.
  • Preferably with Power BI experience.
  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and competitors.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
