Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Assistant Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Daily raw materials inventory monitoring and stock tracking
  2. Updating suppliers' ledger accounts in accordance with established procedures
  3. Ensuring accurate payment processing and bank reconciliation
  4. Verifying payroll processing, audit, and verification
  5. Conducting thorough checks of vouchers against supporting documents
  6. Recording monthly accounting transactions in a timely manner
  7. Monitoring Finished Goods inventory and stock levels
  8. Updating sales order and delivery information
  9. Closely monitoring collection and validation processes
  10. Filing and organizing accounting documents and reports
  11. Preparing and submitting various reports, including SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig, BIR, and SEC reports
  12. Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
