Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Assistant Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily raw materials inventory monitoring and stock tracking
- Updating suppliers' ledger accounts in accordance with established procedures
- Ensuring accurate payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Verifying payroll processing, audit, and verification
- Conducting thorough checks of vouchers against supporting documents
- Recording monthly accounting transactions in a timely manner
- Monitoring Finished Goods inventory and stock levels
- Updating sales order and delivery information
- Closely monitoring collection and validation processes
- Filing and organizing accounting documents and reports
- Preparing and submitting various reports, including SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig, BIR, and SEC reports
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
- Providing company documentation and reporting services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
