Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and optimizing large-scale enterprise data platforms using Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring optimal integration with Azure-based data sources.
  • Guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform.
  • Troubleshoot, performance tune, and support the platform's transformation process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
