Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, resolve complex issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting metrics, and contributing to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
