About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, fundraising strategies, and operational excellence.

The role involves designing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, paid media, SMS, and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mass Market Strategy & Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive mass market fundraising strategy to drive scalable revenue across all mass audience segments.
  • Donor Journey Growth & Optimization
    • Design and optimize the full supporter journey from lead generation through conversion, retention, and loyalty to increase lifetime value.
  • Campaigns, Offers & Product Development
    • Own the creation, innovation, and performance of mass market fundraising products and seasonal campaigns.
  • Channel Strategy & Global Collaboration
    • Oversee multichannel engagement across web, email, social media, paid media, SMS, and offline optimizing each for acquisition and retention.
  • Data, Performance & Insights
    • Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and build dashboards for real-time reporting.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management
    • Lead and grow a high-performing team across campaign management, acquisition, retention, and supporter experience.
