Key HCM Architect Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle HCM architecture and integration.

They should possess excellent collaboration skills and be able to work closely with technical SMEs, senior leaders, project managers, and business users/stakeholders to drive architectural solutions for scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle HCM applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in SDLC process, model creation, and maintenance of flow diagrams
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS)
  • 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations with strong functional knowledge in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud data models in HCM and Finance
  • Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI
