About the Position

As an Account Settlement Specialist at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc., you will be responsible for achieving the branch collection efficiency rate, monitoring dealers' transactions, and contacting dealers to remind them of their overdue bills.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will advise dealers on payment options, negotiate suitable payment plans, and maintain dealer payment records.
  • Additionally, you will handle cash and check payments, prepare demand letters when necessary, and perform field work with dealers.
  • Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively respond to dealers' queries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or any business-related course is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least six months of experience in accounting or billing, or one year of experience in credit and collection.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting, computer skills, and familiarity with Excel and MS applications are also required.
  • Must be amenable to doing field work and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
