Job Title: Account Settlement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Account Settlement Coordinator to assist with managing and collecting overdue repayments. The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised, and have some practical experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue relevant notices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Handle email correspondence accurately and professionally.
  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, including tracking and monitoring overdue payments.
  • Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding debts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes or issues related to their account.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and communication with customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Confident spoken and written English.
  • 3 years or more experience in financial services.
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations respectfully and professionally.
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Office tools.
