Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our marketing endeavors, content creation, and vendor coordination in India.

This role demands a hands-on approach, with responsibilities including crafting compelling content for social media channels, designing graphics, writing captions, scheduling posts, and coordinating with vendors for paid ads, website management, and reel/video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post engaging content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates
  • Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align content with brand voice and business objectives
  • Work with vendors who handle paid ads on Meta/social platforms, website updates, and reel editing
  • Review, approve, and provide feedback on vendor deliverables
  • Ensure all vendor-produced content is posted promptly and meets firm standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and marketing coordination
  • Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and client updates
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media engagement best practices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on approach — able to create content personally and not just manage others
