Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Operations and Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the performance of rooftop solar PV systems and large scale solar projects by monitoring and analyzing data to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections of PV system components, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and wiring.
  • Facilitate cleaning and maintenance of solar panels to maximize energy capture.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the solar PV system and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed during operations and maintenance activities.
  • Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to solar PV systems.
  • Implement safety training for operations and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  • Seek cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs without compromising system reliability.
  • Compile and analyze data related to system performance, maintenance, and energy production.
  • Generate regular reports for stakeholders, including system owners and management.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors involved in system maintenance.
  • Ensure contractors follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in O&M in the solar industry.
  • Mid-Senior level seniority.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Makati City.
