Web Content Specialist

At GrowthAssistant, we are looking for a highly skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong experience in building and managing web pages using Contentful.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating web content from wireframes or briefs, as well as conducting end-to-end quality assurance testing. Additionally, they should be proficient in project management tools such as Monday, Google Suite, and Slack.

We are seeking an individual who is meticulous, proactive, and adaptable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

As a Web Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in refining your skills in Contentful, collaborating with an international team, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

  1. Turn wireframes and briefs into fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives.
  2. Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages.
  3. Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch.
  4. Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.
  5. Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches.
  6. Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages.
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs.
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content.
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions).
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday preferred).
