We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-impact content for entrepreneurs worldwide.
About the RoleIn this role, you will create 30-day content plans and captions that help founders grow their presence on social media. You will work closely with other specialists to ensure consistency and deliver engaging, conversion-focused content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop: Research and plan content, write captions, and build 30-day social calendars.
- Optimize & Test: Ensure posts are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform.
- Collaborate: Work with design teams to align visuals and messaging.
- Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on social trends to improve content.
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in content strategy or social media with 2+ years' experience.
- Skills: Excellent English writing skills, caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
