At RCN PH - Neo Career Group, we are seeking a skilled Registered Company Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services department, you will play a vital role in providing essential medical care to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic health care services to employees, ensuring their well-being and safety at work.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential health risks among employees and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program, promoting a healthy work environment.
- Accurately record and monitor all employee medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
- Manage the inventory control of medications, ensuring accurate storage, labeling, and dispensation.
Administrative Tasks:
- Effectively manage attendance, maintaining accurate records and communicating with employees and management as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
