Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist - Occupational Nursing to join our team at IBAAN ELECTRIC CORPORATION.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to injured or ill workers, while also participating in health maintenance examinations and contributing to the maintenance of Occupational Health and Safety within our company.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to employees who have suffered injuries or fallen ill
• Participate in health maintenance examinations to ensure employees' overall well-being
• Perform tasks that fall within the scope of nursing practice, referring complex cases to physicians when necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment through suggestions for employee health and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems to track employee health and safety
• Act as a member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee to drive initiatives for a healthier workplace

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure to practice as a nurse in [State/Region]
• Experience in occupational health nursing, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry standards
